THE KIX SYSTEM
The KIX system is a technology dedicated to the optimal capture of proteins, oils and nutrients from what some may call waste streams but we see as potential profit centres.
Its application into rendering allows for the economic application of fish waste plants with only 5-7 tonnes of material per day. However by going into to a compound feed or co-drying mode marine or fish waste streams having as little as 2-3 tonnes a day of product can be economically viable
This ensures that the machine can operate at maximum capacity through a wide range of seasonal variants. All this can be accomplished with minimum odours, very small factory space and low energy consumption
The KIX dehydrator is more than an Industrial Dryer it can perform many other functions including sterilization, sizing and facilitate ash and fibre separation. It is not only able to extract top quality meals and have grains gelatinized for higher orders of digestibility but because of its flexibility it is capable of processing about 500 different raw products.
